An established and rapidly expanding real estate website based in downtown Manhattan is hiring a Client Service Representative.
Candidate must be well versed in any and/or all of the following real estate markets:
Queens
Long Island
Manhattan & Brooklyn areas will be included as well but we are seeking someone very familiar with Long Island towns and their real estate markets.
Applicant should understand: the buying process in New York (co-ops vs condos), neighborhood characteristics and price ranges, state of the real estate market etc..
This job is phone heavy and involves speaking with buyers and sellers regarding their real estate needs. No cold calling. Must have an excellent phone voice, superior customer service skills and be extremely organized.
This job is ideal for someone who loves real estate and has been a broker but seeks a more structured employment opportunity.
